At CRM Jewelers, we strive for complete satisfaction with every luxury timepiece and jewelry piece. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client relations team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original presentation box along with all certificates, manuals, and warranty cards, ensuring it is packed securely inside a secondary shipping carton.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure safe transit back to our boutique.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via your original payment method.
